Our team can help you develop a revised floorplan layout, redesign your kitchen or bathroom, or anything else that requires a renovation plan or new build plan. We offer design and finish selections for multiple rooms or an entire home, and collaborate with you, your architect, and/or general contractor to ensure that every aspect of your home's design is fully realized. The service offers the option to add furnishings such as furniture and area rugs to complete the look.

WHAT IT IS
Think concept design plus project budget. This service is perfect if you are looking for help defining your project direction and investment level. Our team will provide a floorplan, project budget plan, concept design board and 3D images of your design plan. This package does not include finish, fixture or furnishing selections, custom millwork design or detailed construction drawings. At the completion of this package, you can choose to continue working with our team to complete your detailed design plan.

We hired her to provide design advice and to furnish and decorate our 3 bedroom condo - and to do it all in a short time frame as we were relocating across the country.
